H E L L O :)
I just started using a different planner that was gifted to me not too long ago, so I'm doing another Plan With Me for this week of July! Thanks for watching!
Happy Wednesday! :)
I had so much fun decorating and setting up the month of July in my planner! I hope you all enjoy the video!
Feelings of happiness, excitement, anxiety, and anticipation overcome me as I thought about how the weekend was going to be. I knew I was in for a wild ride with both an American Reception and traditional Hmong Wedding happening on the same day! In fact, the idea of it really terrified me. It was something so new to both of our families and we weren't sure if everyone could pull it off. My expectations, however, was so far from reality. Everything and everyone was beyond perfection. If I could bottle up all of the love and support that filled our day, I would.
For the past couple of weeks, I have been indulging myself in DIY Projects every day after work - reason being is that my wedding is in a month! Ahhh! But let's not go there. I am slowly but surely getting everything together!
Hello! I will be traveling soon for a pre-honeymoon trip and thought I would do a break down of what is in my carry-on bag. And, if you're also planning a trip and want to make your life a little easier, check out my ultimate packing list HERE.

UPDATED | My Happy Place ♡ Makeup Vanity & Storage

Happy Monday Beauties! Hopefully you all have had your one, two, or three cups of coffee and have had a successful day so far! It's so beautiful here with the sun shining bright and green grass finally peeking through!! Hope the same is true for all of you as well! :)
The past couple of months has been extremely busy for me, due to planning my own wedding! I got engaged in August of last year (click here to read all about "The Proposal" as well as our engagement pictures) and will finally be tying the knot this June!
Hello!
I don't know about you guys, but I've been itching to travel again! However, packing is something that can really stress me out. I often agonize over every little thing that goes into my luggage and I'm afraid to leave anything behind. So I decided to create "The Ultimate Packing List" to help myself as well as all of you arrive at your destination with everything you need.
This list comes with essentials and suggestions of what you should have in your checked bag(s) and your carry-on. Feel free to print it out for your own use, and customize it for your trip by crossing out items that don't apply to you and adding others that do!

It's definitely been awhile since I got engaged, but I never got the chance to explain how it happened. If you're not into lovey-dovey posts, feel free to just scroll through our engagement pictures. But if you're like me, and love hearing about other people's love stories, then keep on reading :)
In terms of beauty, it was a very "laid-back" kind of month for me, since I was extremely busy with wedding planning!! Ahhh! But I do still have some great products that I definitely made use of during March, and I'm excited to share them with you!

Now that New York Fashion Week is over, I took some time to reflect on the beauty looks that were sent down the runways. Though some of them were all over the place and very dramatic - many were beautiful and definitely worth trying! Here are the trends that stood out to me, and will be very easy to pull off for this spring/summer!
Hi beauties!
Welcome to my first Dollar Tree Haul!
For the past month or so, I have been reading a lot of blog posts about how Dollar Tree has been carrying drugstore makeup products. Of course, being a beauty junkie, you bet I headed straight to my local Dollar Tree stores! (Who doesn't love a good deal, right?) And sure enough - I found some great makeup products and more!
It's that time again! I can't believe February is almost over - but hey, spring is less then a month away!!! This month was all about keeping my face hydrated and healthy as well as a few old & new beauty favorites. Enjoy!
François Nars has created 6 beautiful shade pairings to offer a universal spectrum of hues that will work across all skin tones. You can use this product dry for a vibrant look or wet for a more translucent wash of color. The Dual-Intensity Blush for Spring 2015 will be available March 4, 2015 at Sephora, NARS Boutiques, and narscosmetics.com - then April 1, 2015 at specialty and department stores.
Handbags are the perfect fashion accessory & you can never have too many!

You can never go wrong with a classic black bag. You can wear it to work, school, shopping, meetings, interviews - you get the point. This is a bag that will be able to withstand the trends.

I'm making this wishlist to help me focus on what I really want rather than going overboard when shopping - and I hope it will also help you as well!
Trying to find good quality makeup at a reasonable price can be very tricky - so to help you out, I have put together a list of 10 must-have beauty products under $10. Take notes and head out to grab these items for your makeup collection, because they work wonders! Hope you enjoy!

Just a quick post on what I wore on Valentine's night. It's been a while since I've dolled up!! Felt so glamorous & sexy in this wine red wrap dress from Lulu's!! Necklace is from Icing, shoes are from Charlotte Russe.
HAPPY VALENTINE'S EVE BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!!!!
I'm super excited to share what my fiancé and I had for our Valentine's date night dinner! Prepared & cooked by yours truly! (Thanks to my coworker for the idea) I had so much fun making this dish and would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking to impress their lover. (And let me tell you, it is so simple to make)

REVIEW & SWATCHES | TheBalm Mary-Lou Manizer
Friday, February 13, 2015Unknown
THREE WORDS: I LOVE IT!!!!!! Now I totally understand why so many girls rave about this product! It's everything everyone has said it would be. I can't believe I am just now jumping on the bandwagon... Better late than never I guess. The packaging is adorable to begin with. And the amount of product you get is definitely worth the price you pay!
For Valentine's day this year, I wanted to gift something a little different for my fiancé - rather than buying a gift, I decided to see if I could make something. I mean, handmade gifts always mean the most, right?
Thank you to Pinterest, I found this cute diy couples game called LOVOPOLY. I'm sure I'm probably the last person to hear about it, but that did not stop me from making one! (If you're familiar with the board game MONOPOLY, it's the same exact thing, just more personalized for you and your partner.)
Hello! I thought it would be fun to show what purse I'm wearing and what's inside it! Here's what I have today - although it's always changing.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS & SWATCHES | Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Eye Enhancing Kajal Eyeliner Trio
Thursday, February 05, 2015UnknownThose of you who follow me on Instagram would know that I was one of the winners of Physicians Formula's giveaway not too long ago. I finally received the product and thought I would do a quick review on my first impressions and swatches. You can purchase this set of eyeliners for $11.95 here, or it can be found at your local Ulta, and Wal-Mart.
And just like that (snaps fingers), January is over! However ... it just means we are THAT much closer to warmer weather! Yes, wishful thinking but I'm definitely not enjoying our weather in the midwest right now. About a foot of snow yesterday, and I'm pretty sure that's not the last of it. On a brighter note, I had a great month of trying out new beauty products, and I am very excited to share each one with you all! From illuminators and blushes to a few winter essentials.
